Sincere condolences to Seamus's family. He was a childhood friend growing up in Waterford Ireland. He was always a goood humored and cheerful person and a great student at the De La Salle school in Waterford.
RIP

Thanks very much Sean. It is good to hear from you but a pity about the circumstances. You probably didn't know that Seamus has had Parkinson's disease for the past 17 years and the last year has been particularly bad for him. So, in a way, it was a happy release for him. He would have been delighted to know that you had remembered him. We were also very touched to see Eamon Nevins at the funeral today - they had both been in Sydney a long time but had never actually met. Hope all the Traynors are well. Please pass on our regards to them all. Bon

13 years agoHi Liam, This is Geraldine here. I only noticed your post a couple of months ago. I contacted Bon at the time to tell him, but he never saw the email. So I re-sent to him recently. He then had trouble getting into this site (long story.....), so asked me to try. If you get this, he's love to hear from you. His email address is thomastuohy@yahoo.co.uk. Thanks for thinking of us at the time of Seamus' death and aplogies that it took us so long to notice that you had posted. Geraldine
