Sr Justin, as she was known at Brigidine College Maroubra in the 1970s, was an absolute inspiration. I was extremely saddened to hear of her recent tragic passing. God bless you, Sr Justin. Rest in peace.

Sister Patricia was a wonderful sister at Brigidine Randwick. When I was in senior school at Randwick she entered the convent. She had such gentleness & always cared for others. She also taught me at Brigidine. One day when I was well & truly married & had children I wanted to see a photographic exhibition at the State Library & to my delight & surprise Sister Pat was there. We shared a delightful couple of hours viewing the photographs & generally having a very happy time.

Dear Sister Pat was a wonderful, gracious and talented teacher. She was also a truly gifted and inspirational person who had a great influence on my life ~ such a gentle soul who is now resting in the loving arms of our Saviour. God bless her; I shall miss her so much. Vale, dear Sister Pat; I loved you immensely.

Morning tea with Sister Pat in her unit at Kildare House - Irish coffee and home-made cake and biscuits, and a lovely long chat about anything and everything. I hadn’t seen her for years, but she never seemed to get any older – I thought she’d just go on for ever. I'm so glad I made that trip to Sydney last November and have this memory of her.

When my wife who was one of the 1964 Leaving Cert class found about the tragedy, nothing would stop her from being in Randwick on Fri 16th for the Funeral Service. I was totally amazed at the bond she had established with Mother Justin, although to my knowledge they had not met for 46 years. I had never believed such a relationship could be maintained without personal contact. I am in awe of this lady's benign influence. I look forward to listening to my wife's report of the day. Alan

A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands put to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. Many memories of a gracious, strong spirited lady who brought much counsel, wisdom and laughter - deeply mourned and missed.

Sister Pat was the finest teacher I experienced and she inspired me to be the best teacher I could be. We all, without exception I am sure, loved her and valued her role in our lives. Surely when a person is so missed fifty years on, they are exceptional and she surely was. I miss you Mother Justin more than I could have realised. She has a loving family and my fondest wishes go with them. She will be welcomed to the next life and will contribute there as she did all her life. Fondest regards, Kerrie Glanville (nee Neal, class of '62
