I was a big fan of Jaspal Bhatti ji. Highly inspired thru his highly acclaimed serials Ulta Pulta and Flop show, I had a dream to write songs for his serials, which touched the hearts of millions. Unfortunately, I could never contact him. But here is my tribute to the great comedian, who will remain a source of inspiration to all of his fans forever. Flop Show Continues You made us laugh, making us think in depth U kept presenting disorderliness comically till last breath U entertained and educated the entire nation Ur every act gave audience humor & corrupted the intimation U became comedy king thru Ulta Pulta and Flop show To bring awareness entertainingly, u did street shows U were on mission to do ‘Corruption ki Chhutti’ U were, are and will be our very own Jaspal Bhatti Reaching comedy to a new horizon, u left an indelible imprint It is our endless complaint - u went without any clue or hint Those innovations, those anti-corruption skits now a history But ur fans will ever remember u and ur acts’ unparalleled chemistry Well, ur mission and determination will not end here The corrupted won’t feel easy as long as we are there We, ur fans will complete your unfinished task And your Flop Show will continue exposing hiders in masks

11 years agoThanks a lot bro. I and Mummy are overwhelmed with such hearty wishes. These words have filled me with lot of courage, zeal and enthusiasm. I'm going to post another poem on the greatest comedian of our time, which is in Hindi, which I wrote 9 years ago when I wanted to work with him for his serials.
