To see you fade away so quickly broke my heart, to watch you each day waste away from the effects of chemotherapy reminded me of the pain of watching my late husband drift away from me to cancer, yet you faded away with such bravery. The cruelty of it all was you sleeping away peacefully on "Mother's Day" when Bobby and Freddy were looking forward to being with you....that broke my heart even more, I couldn't hold myself together.
