Frank was a long time friend of mine. I met Frank at the Concord Golf Club many years ago where we spent many terrific times playing golf and socializing. He was great company and had a wicked sense of humour. Over the years Frank always found time to catch up and he visited us in Brisbane only about 18 months ago.
